Company Description Replicant Systems Private Limited is an original design manufacturing (ODM) company that provides end-to-end hardware Io T solutions to partners and OEMs. The company’s vision is to build an integrated platform of highly customised Io T devices for a range of commercial and industrial applications. Promoted by a well-known business family and established in 2024, based in Hyderabad, Telangana. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales efforts, specifically targeting Io T solutions for industrial OEM clients. If you are passionate about Io T technology, possess a strong B2 B sales background, and have the ability to drive growth through strategic customer interactions, we would love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and expanding Replicant's presence in the industrial OEM sector. Customer Acquisition & Account Management: Identify, target, and on-board key industrial OEM partners while maintaining strong relationships to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction. Solution Development: Work alongside technical teams to customize Io T solutions that cater to the specific needs of large industrial OEM clients. Sales Presentations & Proposals: Develop and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to highlight Replicant’s capabilities to potential clients. Market Research: Examine industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor strategies to guide sales tactics and product development. Networking & Lead Generation: Represent Replicant at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate new leads and enhance the company’s market presence. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, promoting collaboration, professional growth, and the achievement of sales targets. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to align sales efforts with product innovations and market demands. Customer Success: Ensure a seamless on boarding and deployment process for customers, following up to ensure the solutions provide value and meet client expectations. Revenue Forecasting: Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to the executive team, pinpointing areas for growth and improvement. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communications Engineering (ECE), or a related technical field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, with at least 4 years in the Io T, electronics, or industrial B2 B space. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, with experience in managing large industrial accounts. Strong understanding of Io T technologies and their applications in industrial environments. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Leadership experience with the ability to build and lead a successful sales team. Adaptability and Agility: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to market and technology changes. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Passion for driving new business initiatives and developing innovative solutions for customers. Tech Savvy: An interest in staying on top of the latest technology trends, with a passion for how Io T can revolutionize industries.
