Customer Acquisition & Lead GenerationDevelop and execute digital sales strategies to attract and convert potential customers.Utilize SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing campaigns to drive leads.Optimize conversion funnels through A/B testing, landing page enhancements, and user experience improvements.Collaborate with content and digital teams to create compelling sales-driven campaigns.2. Subscription Growth & RetentionDrive the expansion of SerrariEd’s subscription-based learning models.Develop and manage customer onboarding processes to enhance retention.Utilize data analytics to track engagement and optimize customer lifetime value (CLV).Implement referral programs, promotions, and customer loyalty initiatives.3. Revenue Growth & Sales OptimizationDevelop promotional campaigns to boost revenue.Identify and implement upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the platform.Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to refine strategies.Work closely with content and digital teams to enhance monetization strategies.4. Digital Sales Channels & E-Commerce StrategyManage and optimize online sales channels, including SerrariEd’s website, learning platform, and third-party marketplaces.Ensure seamless integration between digital marketing efforts and sales funnels.Leverage automation tools for customer engagement, lead nurturing, and conversion tracking.5.
