The role involves driving online sales across multiple digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp inquiries via our website, as well as supporting store clients from different cities and countries). The ideal candidate will excel at building strong customer relationships and delivering highly personalized service from curating customized look books and styling options to ensuring every client's needs are clearly understood and seamlessly fulfilled. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and pursue digital sales opportunities across platforms (social media, email, website, etc.) 2. Reach out to potential customers via online channels and follow up on leads 3. Understand customer needs and present suitable digital products or services 4. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships 5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns and generate leads 7. Stay updated on industry trends, market activity, and competitors 10. Provide feedback on customer needs and help improve product offerings Requirements: 1. Strong understanding of digital platforms and online sales techniques 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills 5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently 6.Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus
