Role Overview

The Order & Production Coordinator will be responsible for managing end-to-end order processing, production tracking, and client coordination to ensure timely and accurate delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with both internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the master order sheet with all order details.
  • Plan and monitor monthly and weekly delivery schedules , ensuring alignment with production timelines.
  • Record and manage client-specific customisations (embroidery, trims, packaging, labeling, etc.) with quality checks before dispatch.
  • Prepare and track order production timelines , highlighting delays in weekly reviews.
  • Coordinate with clients for pre-dispatch approvals , verify shipping details, and ensure smooth communication.
  • Manage dispatch records , ensuring they are updated and aligned with the master order sheet.
  • Provide post-sale support to confirm client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field).
  • 2–4 years of experience in order management, production coordination, or supply chain operations .
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, order management tools, and documentation .
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
