Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the interior design and construction sector. Meet with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable design and execution solutions. Coordinate with the design and project teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, and vendors. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports. Represent the company in exhibitions, events, and client meetings to promote services. Keep updated with market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies. Skills Required: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Basic knowledge of interior works, materials, and construction processes. Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions. Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with AutoCAD is an added advantage. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience: 2–5 Years (preferred in interior design/construction sales) Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma (preferred in Marketing, Interior Design, or Civil) Location: Chalakudy Salary: As per experience & performance-based incentives
