About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Human Resources to lead the organization’s HR function. This pivotal role requires a proven leader with extensive experience in driving HR strategies, fostering organizational excellence, and building high-performance teams. The ideal candidate will have the ability to balance strategic initiatives with operational efficiency and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership :
Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with organizational goals across India, the UAE, and other locations.
Partner with senior leadership to address HR challenges and opportunities.
Champion organizational change and transformation initiatives.
Talent Management and Leadership :
Oversee the talent lifecycle, including acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
Mentor and lead a team of HR professionals, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Drive leadership development and succession planning programs.
Organizational Development and Culture :
Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performance organizational culture.
Design and implement employee engagement and recognition programs.
Conduct organizational assessments and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness.
Compensation, Benefits, and Compliance :
Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages in line with market benchmarks.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
Mitigate HR-related risks by adhering to policies and governance standards.
Employee Relations and Engagement :
Build strong relationships with employees at all levels, addressing concerns and fostering trust.
Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Learning and Development :
Identify training and development needs to build a culture of continuous learning.
Design and implement effective training programs tailored to organizational goals.
HR Technology and Analytics :
Leverage HR software and systems for automation and data-driven decision-making.
Monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make informed adjustments.
Key Qualifications
Education : MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience : 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
Proven success in managing and developing HR teams across global and regional landscapes.
Deep understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and market trends in India, the UAE, and beyond.
Demonstrated ability to drive business transformation through strategic HR initiatives.
Key Skills
Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle People Soft, or similar).
Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities.
Expertise in organizational development and change management.
