Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at VLOGS Food Company in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, training, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. They will also develop and implement HR policies and procedures, manage performance appraisal systems, and support employee engagement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment channels.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and deliver quality talent.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.


  • Generalist HR Activities:
  • Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
  • Handle employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  • Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with the payroll team for timely processing.
  • Address employee grievances and provide effective solutions.


  • HR Operations:
  • Maintain HR records, including employee details and compliance documentation.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies in line with organizational goals.
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.


  • Learning & Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate skill enhancement programs.
  • Support career development initiatives for employees.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in F and B recruitment and HR generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of F and B terminologies and industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR tools and recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
