Job Summary:
Manager Talent Acquisition Human Resources (HR) is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing the human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This includes talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, training and development, employee relations, compensation, and benefits. The role is pivotal in shaping a high-performance culture and ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Advise the executive team on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan aligned with business goals.
- Lead initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure the talent acquisition team is equipped to meet them.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Lead recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Develop strategies for talent retention and career development.
Performance Management and Employee Development:
- Design and oversee performance appraisal systems to drive organizational performance.
- Implement training and professional development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Promote leadership development initiatives for high-potential employees.
Employee Relations and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Handle sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Build and maintain positive employee relationships to boost engagement and morale.

Qualifications:
