Role : Manager - HR (Recruitments)

Profile : Talent Acquisition across all plants of Parle Agro pvt ltd

  1. Responsibilities : Talent Acquisition across functions for the plants at PAN India level
  2. Preparing Job profiles, discussing the same with the functional heads, and make amendments accordingly, if required
  3. To administer various ways of recruitment i.e. Job Portal, Campus Interviews, Employee Referral program, networking, head hunting & empanelment of quality recruitment consultants etc.
  4. To acquire Manpower Requisition Forms from the functional heads for all positions
  5. Initial screening of candidates & thus ensuring the quality of candidates as per the requirement
  6. Discussing the Salary Components with the candidates and managing negotiations, if any.
  7. Ensure smooth Orientation & Induction program for the new joinees
  8. Tie up with best consultants in the industry for placement of right candidates. Negotiating on 'Terms and Conditions' and finalizing the agreement.
  9. Conducting Reference Check & Exit Interviews
  10. Maintaining MIS of candidate’s database, monthly recruitment reports, Exit & Reference check reports.
  11. To coordinate Employee Recognition/Motivation activities
