Job Description:
Lead syndicated, quantitative and qualitative research projects
Identify and lead cross B2B research projects.
Conduct B2B market research to deliver relevant market intelligence to support cross BU research needs.
Syndicated data pulling, evaluation and reporting to gauge actionable insights.
Ensure quality and rigor in research design, execution, analysis, and reporting.
Identify relevant agencies and collaborate with them to deliver researches based on the business requirement.
Develop project timelines and ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
Communicate and disseminate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and broader audiences as appropriate.
Insights mining for the organization
Building insights repository
Gather and organize all research reports, and insights across the organization
Explore, analyse and disseminate latest trends from industry reports / syndicated reports.
Share relevant insights and trends with BUs on regular basis.
Building research and innovation capabilities within the organization
Orchestrate masterclasses and design thinking workshops (digital)
Organize learning sessions by inviting industry veterans and professors to deliver talks on research areas.
Conduct workshops with BUs in collaboration with external agencies on new research methods, insight generation, synthesis and derive business solutions.
Requisite Qualification
MBA in marketing - Full time
Essential
5 -7 years of experience in B2B Market Research with substantial exposure in both qualitative and quantitative research.
Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
Research experience in domains like healthcare, construction materials, clean energy, intralogistics and supply chain
Experience in secondary, syndicated, competitive intelligence research.
Special Skill Required:
Experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
