Title: Territory Manager- Corporate Sales Location: Bangalore Experience : 3 to 5 years ( Mandatorily from assessment sales, HRTech product sales) Responsibilities: Selling online assessment solutions to corporate clients (B2 B) by assessing their business requirements. Ensure Annual/Monthly/Weekly Sales target are met as per the organization’s goal. • Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting. • Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Prospect relentlessly to build a pipeline and strong personal relationships with client Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Negotiate and close sales agreements to maximize profit. Requirements : Proven track record of successful B2 B/enterprise sales experience, preferably in a executive IC role. Good general knowledge and awareness of the business landscape Prospecting/Providing customized solutions to Clients across domains & segments. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and implement sales strategies. Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to make informed decisions and persuade others.
