Experience: 10 - 14 years
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with key IT user group stakeholders to,
Identify areas of improvement in the current service offering and support implementation of these improvements
Increase awareness of (how to engage/work with) Blackwoods IT
Identify activities for maturing the existing IT Service Management framework, based on ITIL and implement such activities
Work with the IT SDM to review and update the current service management processes in order of priority
Support automation of internal IT service delivery processes that will help improve efficiencies
Work with the IT SDM for service management related user training /documentation
Work with the vendor in managing projects that deliver Process Improvements
Support and mentor Service Analysts in the team
Work with IT SDM to develop standardised processes and templates for project service readiness / transition
Work with the project managers to define the service readiness / transition plan for projects
Be part of the service readiness streams for projects and develop the artifacts required to ensure service readiness activities are completed
Work with the IT SDM and operational leads to ensure projects successfully complete IT service readiness activities
Key Requirements :
10+ years in the IT industry
5+ years as a Senior Business Analyst, with focus on process improvement projects
2-3 years of IT Service Management related experience working with ITIL processes and understanding of Modern Service Management
5+ years working in large corporate environments, especially in the industrial / wholesale and distribution industry
Strong understanding of and experience implementing ITIL V3
Strong Business Analysis and Process re-engineering skills
ITIL V3 certified (preferred)
