IT Service Improvement ManagerJob Location:

Key Responsibilities:Engage with key IT user group stakeholders to,Identify areas of improvement in the current service offering and support implementation of these improvementsIncrease awareness of (how to engage/work with) Blackwoods ITIdentify activities for maturing the existing IT Service Management framework, based on ITIL and implement such activitiesWork with the IT SDM to review and update the current service management processes in order of prioritySupport automation of internal IT service delivery processes that will help improve efficienciesWork with the IT SDM for service management related user training /documentationWork with the vendor in managing projects that deliver Process ImprovementsSupport and mentor Service Analysts in the teamWork with IT SDM to develop standardised processes and templates for project service readiness / transitionWork with the project managers to define the service readiness / transition plan for projectsBe part of the service readiness streams for projects and develop the artifacts required to ensure service readiness activities are completedWork with the IT SDM and operational leads to ensure projects successfully complete IT service readiness activities
Key Requirements :
10+ years in the IT industry5+ years as a Senior Business Analyst, with focus on process improvement projects2-3 years of IT Service Management related experience working with ITIL processes and understanding of Modern Service Management5+ years working in large corporate environments, especially in the industrial / wholesale and distribution industryStrong understanding of and experience implementing ITIL V3Strong Business Analysis and Process re-engineering skillsITIL V3 certified (preferred)
