Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
Manage routine corporate actions, including:
Increase in Share Capital
Private Placement and Rights Issues
Periodic and Annual Filings under the Companies Act
Submission of various E-forms as per regulatory requirements.
Handle routine procedures related to the appointment and resignation of directors and KMPs.
Ensure compliance with regulations related to NCD issuances and listing.
Prepare secretarial documentation, including agenda and minutes for Board and Committee meetings.
Assist the department head in organizing and conducting Board and Committee meetings.
Monitor regulatory developments and circulate relevant updates applicable to the NBFC sector.
Maintain statutory registers and records as per the Companies Act.
Liaise with regulators (RBI, MCA, ROC, FIU), as well as external and internal auditors.
Key Skills:
In-depth knowledge of routine secretarial compliances.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Qualification and Experience:
Qualified Company Secretary (CS).
Relevant experience in NBFC or similar industries will be an added advantage.
