Expanding its reach, Bipha has ventured into organized retailing, Ayurvedic wellness clinics, and hospitals, including the 100-bed Bipha Life Hospital & Research Center in Kottayam, Kerala. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kottayam for an E-commerce Manager. The E-commerce Manager will oversee online product listings, manage e-commerce platforms, analyze sales performance, and implement strategies to optimize online sales and customer engagement. Responsibilities also include coordinating with marketing and sales teams, managing digital campaigns, monitoring website inventory, and ensuring seamless order processing and customer service. Strong expertise in E-commerce operations and platforms Proficiency in Marketing and Sales strategies Excellent Analytical Skills to track performance metrics and improve efficiencies A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Experience in retail and/or Ayurvedic products is a plus
