Expanding its reach, Bipha has ventured into organized retailing, Ayurvedic wellness clinics, and hospitals, including the 100-bed Bipha Life Hospital & Research Center in Kottayam, Kerala.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Kottayam for an E-commerce Manager. The E-commerce Manager will oversee online product listings, manage e-commerce platforms, analyze sales performance, and implement strategies to optimize online sales and customer engagement. Responsibilities also include coordinating with marketing and sales teams, managing digital campaigns, monitoring website inventory, and ensuring seamless order processing and customer service.QualificationsStrong expertise in E-commerce operations and platformsProficiency in Marketing and Sales strategiesExcellent Analytical Skills to track performance metrics and improve efficienciesExceptional Communication skills to collaborate across teams and engage effectively with stakeholdersA Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredExperience in retail and/or Ayurvedic products is a plusLeadership skills to manage teams and drive business growth
