With over 241 licensed formulations and products addressing lifestyle diseases, Bipha holds one of the largest patent formulation portfolios in Kerala. The company operates two G.M.P-certified manufacturing plants adhering to international standards and has conducted numerous clinical studies to document product efficacy. Bipha has expanded into retailing, wellness clinics, and hospitals, including its flagship Ayurvedic hospital in Kottayam with 100 beds.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Manager based in Kottayam. The E-commerce Manager will oversee and manage online sales channels, analyze e-commerce performance, and implement strategies to enhance online revenue and brand presence. Responsibilities include overseeing online marketing campaigns, optimizing customer experiences on digital platforms, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data insights to make informed decisions. This person will play a critical role in adopting innovative approaches that align with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and skills in E-Commerce, Marketing, and Sales
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies
- Excellent Communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with teams and partners
- Experience in customer acquisition, retention strategies, and online advertising campaigns is a plus
- Familiarity with Ayurvedic products or healthcare sectors is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in e-commerce platform management and digital marketing tools is highly desirable
