Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kottayam for an E-commerce Manager. The E-commerce Manager will oversee online product listings, manage e-commerce platforms, analyze sales performance, and implement strategies to optimize online sales and customer engagement. Responsibilities also include coordinating with marketing and sales teams, managing digital campaigns, monitoring website inventory, and ensuring seamless order processing and customer service. Qualifications - Strong expertise in E-commerce operations and platforms - Proficiency in Marketing and Sales strategies - Excellent Analytical Skills to track performance metrics and improve efficiencies - Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate across teams and engage effectively with stakeholders - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred - Experience in retail and/or Ayurvedic products is a plus - Leadership skills to manage teams and drive business growth
