**Job Opportunity:**We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our eCommerce team. You will lead key projects such as optimizing customer experiences, increasing sales, and achieving ambitious growth goals.The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align data insights with business objectives and drive projects forward.Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources (e.g., web analytics, sales data, customer behavior) to generate actionable insights and recommendations.Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for eCommerce activities, including conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, average order value, and more.Customer Insights: Analyze customer data to understand behavior patterns, segment customers, and provide insights for targeted marketing and personalization strategies.The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in Data Science or a related field, along with at least 4 years of experience in data analysis within eCommerce. Proficiency in Python, SQL, Advanced Excel, and Tableau is required.You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where innovation and adaptability are key.
