**Essential Requirements**

1. Expertise in Stock Market: In-depth knowledge of stock market concepts, trading strategies, and market analysis.

2. Trading Experience: Proven track record of successful trading and investing in the stock market.

3. Teaching or Training Experience: Experience in teaching or training individuals or groups about stock market concepts and trading strategies.

4. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.

**Desirable Requirements**

1. Technical Analysis Skills: Knowledge of technical analysis tools and techniques, such as chart patterns, indicators, and oscillators.

2. Fundamental Analysis Skills: Understanding of fundamental analysis concepts, including financial statement analysis, ratio analysis, and industry analysis.

4. Behavioral Finance Knowledge: Familiarity with behavioral finance concepts, including cognitive biases, emotional decision-making, and risk management.

5. Familiarity with Trading Platforms: Knowledge of popular trading platforms, such as MetaTrader, TradingView, or Zerodha.

**Soft Skills**

1. Patience and Empathy: Ability to understand and empathize with students' concerns and difficulties.

2. Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to adjust teaching style and content to meet the needs of diverse students.

3. Strong Work Ethic: Commitment to delivering high-quality training and supporting students in their learning journey.

**Educational Qualifications**

1. Graduate Degree: A graduate degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business administration.

**Other Requirements**

1. Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital tools and platforms, such as online learning management systems, video conferencing software, and presentation tools.

2. Continuous Learning: Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development to stay updated with market trends and developments.
