a chance to build processes, define standards, and shape how we deliver products to Fortune 500 clients.What You'll DoProduct Delivery & Execution (40%)Own the End-to-End Delivery:Lead cross-functional programs from concept to launch for AI-powered featuresCreate detailed project plans with clear milestones, timelines, and resource allocationCoordinate between ML engineers, backend developers, frontend teams, and designersTrack progress using project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Notion)Ensure product releases meet quality standards and customer requirementsManage product roadmap execution and prioritize feature developmentDrive Agile Execution:Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectivesRemove blockers that slow down engineering teamsMaintain sprint velocity and burn-down chartsEnsure alignment between technical execution and business objectivesManage scope creep and change requests effectivelyStakeholder Management & Communication (25%)Be the Communication Hub:Conduct weekly status meetings with leadership and provide executive updatesTranslate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders (sales, marketing, clients)Manage client expectations and communicate delivery timelinesPrepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate with sales and customer success teams for product demos and onboardingBuild Relationships:Work closely with Product Managers to understand feature requirementsPartner with Engineering Leads to understand technical constraints and trade-offsCollaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testingInterface with Marketing for product launches and positioningEngage with customers to gather feedback and understand pain pointsProgram Planning & Strategy (20%)Think Ahead:Develop program charters, scope documents, and success metricsConduct risk assessments and create mitigation strategiesPlan resource allocation and identify skill gapsDefine KPIs and success criteria for each program (OKRs, SMART goals)Create contingency plans for potential delays or technical challengesProcess Optimization:Document and improve product development workflowsIdentify bottlenecks in the delivery pipeline and propose solutionsStandardize project documentation and communication templatesImplement best practices from agile, scrum, and lean methodologiesBuild scalable processes as the team grows from 30 to 100+Technical Understanding & Coordination (15%)Bridge Technical and Business:Understand the basics of our AI/ML technology stack (don't worry, we'll teach you)Learn about computer vision, video processing, and model deploymentParticipate in technical architecture discussions (high-level understanding)Grasp API integrations, cloud infrastructure, and software development lifecyclesCommunicate technical trade-offs to business stakeholdersCoordinate technical dependencies across multiple teamsYou don't need to code, but you should be curious about technology and willing to learn technical concepts.Metrics, Reporting & Analytics (10%)Data-Driven Decision Making:Track and report on key program metrics (on-time delivery rate, scope adherence, velocity)Create dashboards for program health monitoringAnalyze sprint retrospectives and identify improvement areasMeasure customer satisfaction and product adoption metricsPrepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadershipUse data to forecast delivery timelines and resource needsCustomer Success & Post-Launch Support (10%)Ensure Successful Adoption:Coordinate product launches with customer success teamsMonitor post-launch performance and gather user feedbackManage bug triage and prioritization post-releaseTrack customer onboarding and implementation timelinesWork with support teams to resolve critical customer issuesDocument lessons learned and best practicesWho You Are -
