Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Business Manager (Restaurant Operations) to oversee and enhance the performance of our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in managing restaurant teams and achieving business goals. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high-quality standards, driving revenue growth, and delivering outstanding customer service.


Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring optimal efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to uphold company standards and exceed performance expectations.
  • Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain budgetary goals.
  • Monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.


Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • 2–4 years of experience in restaurant operations, hospitality management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and quality.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
