Role Description:

Oversees the social media strategy, management, and growth for all internal and client brands. Responsible for creating narratives, managing campaigns, and driving engagement.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies for multiple brands (internal & external).
  • Plan and execute high-quality photo and video shoots with editing.Edit content and design basic posts using Canva.
  • Manage paid ad campaigns, monitor analytics, and optimize for growth and engagement.
  • Lead the social media team, ensuring timely and effective execution of campaigns.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on social media trends and changes in algorithms.


Required Skills:

  • Strategic thinking and ability to craft narratives.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in content creation, editing, and basic design tools.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

  • Inshot/Other Video Editing Software
  • Canva
  • Chat GPT & Other Ai Tools
  • Photo Editing Softwares


Required Experience: 5–7 years in social media management, with experience in leading teams and managing multiple brands.
