Job opening for a Regional Training Manager role in a leading Retail Company at Mumai.
Job Role: Regional Training Manager
Location: Mumbai
Working Days: 6 Days
Work Mode: Work From Office
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
• Product Training: Create and provide comprehensive training courses on the product lines, focusing on their features, advantages, and special selling points. Make sure store employees are ready to provide outstanding customer service.
• Brand Training: Conduct workshops on the identity, beliefs, and history of the company to make sure that every employee represents Ethos Watches in a genuine and consistent manner.
• Sales Techniques: Offer instruction in sophisticated sales strategies designed for the luxury industry, emphasizing attracting high-end clients, completing deals, and fostering enduring relationships with clients.
• New Product Launches: Plan and carry out training for the launch of new products, making sure that retail teams are knowledgeable, equipped, and inspired to market them.
• Training Process Management: Supervise and improve the training procedures, from needs analysis to evaluation and follow-up coaching, to guarantee efficacy and efficiency.
• Training Materials: Create and maintain training materials, such as manuals, presentations, and digital content, making sure they are in line with Ethos Watches' standards and goals.
• Field Visits: Make frequent trips to local retail establishments to do on-site training, offer feedback, and make sure brand standards are being followed.
• Cooperation: To determine training needs and develop specialized programs, collaborate with store managers, regional managers, and the corporate training team.
• Reporting: Keep thorough records of all training exercises, participant development, and comments. Give senior management thorough reporting on the results of the training.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Formal certifications in the design and delivery of training programs, such as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance), Train the Trainer, or Instructional Design Certification.
• Extensive experience in product training within the retail or luxury retail industry.
• Strong understanding and experience in training processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple training sessions across various locations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with e-learning platforms.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in developing and customizing training materials and programs.
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence and motivate others.
