The Placement Officer will be responsible for facilitating campus placements, conducting career counseling sessions, organizing training programs, and collaborating with educational institutions and industries. The role involves building relationships with potential recruiters, preparing students for interviews, and ensuring successful job placements. Daily tasks will include coordinating placement activities, maintaining placement records, and providing guidance to students on career options and skill development.QualificationsExperience in Campus Placement and TrainingStrong Communication skills for Career Counseling and student interactionEducational background with a focus on facilitating learning and developmentAbility to build and maintain relationships with recruiters and industry partnersProactive approach and problem-solving skillsExperience in higher education administration is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
