**Job Summary**:
The Training and Placement Officer is responsible for facilitating career development and placement opportunities for students. This role involves designing and delivering effective training programs, establishing strong relationships with industry partners, and ensuring students are well-prepared for job interviews and career opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities: Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs of students and develop tailored training programs.
- Organize and deliver soft skills, technical skills, and career readiness workshops.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.

**Placement Activities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, companies, and industry professionals.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and internship opportunities.
- Ensure a high placement rate by connecting students with suitable job opportunities.

**Networking and Collaboration**:

- Develop partnerships with industries, government organizations, and alumni networks.
- Represent the institution at external meetings, conferences, and recruitment events.
- Stay updated on market trends, skill demands, and industry expectations.

**Administration and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of placement statistics, training programs, and employer interactions.
- Prepare reports for management, highlighting placement success rates and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and industry standards.

**Qualifications and Skills:Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training, placement, recruitment, or related roles.
- Proven track record of managing training programs and achieving placement targets.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and placement-related software.
- Networking skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of current industry trends and hiring practices.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Placement rate for students.
- Number of training programs conducted and their effectiveness.
- Number and quality of industry partnerships.
- Student and employer satisfaction ratings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
