**Job description**:
We are looking for an ambitious Work **Placement Officer** to provide support to the HR Team in hiring. You must have good communication skills, both verbal and written, be detail oriented, able to work in a team environment and independently.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications.
- Tracking vacation, sick, and personal time
- Orients new employees by providing orientation and induction plans
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Coordinate with Colleges, Universities for placements
- Presenting Profile of Vienna to Colleges and Universities
- Scheduling Tests, interviews of Students with VA team
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Maintain the proper record of Interviews, data of screening and report to the manager.
