As a Video Editor, you will be at the forefront of crafting compelling stories for our clients through engaging Reels and other social media formats. You’ll bring ideas to life with a mix of editing prowess, creativity, and a deep understanding of what resonates with audiences on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities-
Reels & Short-Form Content Creation
Edit high-quality Reels and short videos optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
Incorporate storytelling techniques to engage audiences and drive results.
Ensure videos align with brand guidelines, client objectives, and platform-specific requirements.
Storytelling Mastery
Conceptualize and craft stories that resonate emotionally with audiences.
Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand narratives and key messages.
Experiment with pacing, transitions, and effects to deliver captivating visual stories.
Creative Collaboration
Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and social media managers to develop cohesive campaigns.
Brainstorm ideas for new video concepts and formats that align with current trends.
Editing Excellence
Use advanced editing techniques, including transitions, color grading, motion graphics, and sound design.
Stay updated on the latest video editing tools, trends, and storytelling practices.
Optimize video quality for different platforms, ensuring seamless playback and visual impact.
Trend Monitoring
Stay informed about social media trends, particularly around Reels and TikTok.
Leverage trending sounds, styles, and hashtags to maximize video reach and engagement.
Quality Control
Ensure all videos are polished, error-free, and delivered on time.
Perform revisions based on feedback from clients or team leads.
Key Qualifications-
Proven experience of 2-3years in creating Reels, TikToks, or other short-form content (portfolio required).
Strong skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
Expertise in storytelling, with the ability to transform raw footage into compelling narratives.
Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for short-form content.
Knowledge of audio editing, sound design, and basic motion graphics.
Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with tools for resizing and optimizing content for various platforms.
Preferred Skills-
Experience with animation or 2D/3D motion graphics.
Photography or videography experience is a plus.
Knowledge of trending tools like Canva, CapCut, or mobile editing apps for social media.
