Role Description-

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in our Delhi office. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with social media marketing, communication, content strategy, social media optimization (SMO), and writing.


Qualifications-

  • Mandatory 1-2yrs of experience in Social Media Management
  • Social Media Marketing and Communication skills
  • Content Strategy and Writing skills
  • Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Should be a Canva PRO
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for storytelling and connecting with audiences.
  • Ability to adapt strategies to changing platform algorithms and user behaviors.
  • Analytical mindset to translate data into actionable insights.


Responsibilities -

Strategy Development

  1. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  2. Identify target audience preferences and trends to create a tailored content strategy.
  3. Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measuring social media campaign success.


Content Creation and Planning

  1. Plan and create content calendars for consistent posting across platforms.
  2. Collaborate with graphic designers and content writers to produce high-quality, engaging posts.
  3. Ensure that all content adheres to brand voice, tone, and guidelines.


Campaign Management

  1. Launch and manage social media campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
  2. Optimize campaigns to drive engagement, reach, and conversions.
  3. Conduct A/B testing for ads and organic posts to improve performance.


Community Engagement

  1. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms.
  2. Foster a sense of community by engaging with followers and influencers.
  3. Manage online reputation by addressing negative feedback professionally.


Analytics and Reporting

  1. Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions).
  2. Prepare detailed reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
  3. Use analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or native platform insights) to refine strategies.


Platform Management

  1. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform-specific algorithms, trends, and features (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, LinkedIn updates).
  2. Optimize profiles and pages for visibility and branding consistency.
  3. Ensure social media platforms are integrated with the broader digital marketing strategy.


Collaboration

  1. Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive branding.
  2. Coordinate with paid media specialists for aligned organic and paid campaigns.
  3. Collaborate with customer support to address inquiries or issues via social channels.


Trend Monitoring and Innovation

  1. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and new tools.
  2. Experiment with emerging platforms or formats.
  3. Innovate ways to enhance audience interaction and engagement.


Paid Social Media Management:

  1. Create and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  2. Monitor ad performance and budget utilization.
  3. Optimize targeting, bidding, and creative to maximize ROI.


Crisis Management

  1. Act quickly and professionally to manage any social media crises.
  2. Escalate significant issues to leadership while maintaining transparency with followers.


Compliance and Best Practices

  1. Ensure all content adheres to legal and ethical guidelines.
  2. Stay updated on platform-specific policies and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, FTC guidelines).
  3. Maintain proper usage of licensed content, hashtags, and copyright regulations.
