We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator who has worked in a Digital Agency , Creative Agency , or IT Company and is skilled at managing human resources while optimizing operational processes. The HR Coordinator will oversee employee management, performance tracking, and operational processes for our Digital Agency Fulfillment Team. This is a strategic role that requires ensuring that HR operations run efficiently while improving team productivity through proactive performance tracking and streamlined workflows.


HR Operations
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding processes.
  • Handle payroll, attendance tracking, and benefits administration while ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws.
  • Develop and implement HR policies tailored to the needs of a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Facilitate employee offboarding with proper documentation and exit interviews.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a productive and motivated team environment.


Operational Oversight
  • Review pending tasks/projects daily and follow up with managers to understand reasons for delays. Ensure feedback is collected and progress is tracked.
  • Regularly monitor the group email to ensure all client emails are replied to within 2 hours. Send reminders to managers for any unresolved emails.
  • Prepare monthly client-specific timesheets based on tasks completed and hours logged in ClickUp. Ensure timesheets are accurate and submitted on time.


Performance and Workforce Management
  • Track employee efficiency and productivity using ClickUp and other tools. Prepare monthly employee performance reports and assign numerical ratings based on task completion and quality.
  • Monitor behavioral patterns and identify potential risks to workforce stability. Proactively initiate plans for replacements or upskilling to maintain team strength.
  • Collaborate with managers to optimize task assignments and workload distribution.


Reporting and Analysis
  • Generate monthly reports on team efficiency, task performance, and client deliverables.
  • Present actionable insights to leadership for improving overall productivity and team morale.
  • Provide regular updates on workforce trends and operational challenges.


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience in a Digital Agency , Creative Agency , or IT Company .
  • Proven track record of managing HR operations and team performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements under Indian labor laws.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like ClickUp and CRM tools like HubSpot .
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools for data analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in a results-driven digital or creative agency environment.
  • Familiarity with automation tools to improve workflow efficiency.
