Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Innovative Sourcing: Leverage creative sourcing techniques like social media, talent pools, referral programs, and recruitment events to attract diverse talent.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Marketing, and Operations.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with HR and Marketing to promote employer branding initiatives and enhance our value proposition in the talent market.
- Offer Negotiation: Manage salary and offer negotiations, balancing candidate expectations with organizational goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the recruitment team, fostering growth and development.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with external agencies and job boards to expand sourcing channels.
- Data-Driven Hiring: Utilize recruitment metrics to measure strategy effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices align with employment laws, company policies, and diversity & inclusion standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate recruitment, with leadership responsibilities.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Job Diva or Sixth Sense .
- Strong skills in offer negotiation and compensation strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals like Naukri and Indeed .
- Proficiency in data analytics and recruitment metrics reporting.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and compliance practices.
