Role - Talent Acquistion Officer / Analyst/ Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment for Technical, Non-Technical
Strategic Recruitment : Partner with Hiring Manager and department heads to understand current and future hiring needs, and design recruiting strategies that attract top talent.
Consultative Guidance : Advise hiring managers on job specifications, candidate profiles, and market trends, ensuring alignment between business goals and talent acquisition efforts.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development : Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques, including social media, networking events, and industry connections.
Candidate Experience : Champion a best-in-class candidate experience by managing all aspects of the recruitment process with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail.
Analytical & Data-Driven Insights : Utilize metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, adjusting approaches as necessary to improve efficiency and quality of hires.
Employer Branding : Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to position [Your Company Name] as an employer of choice, enhancing our visibility in the market through compelling recruitment campaigns.
Creative Problem-Solving : Address complex hiring challenges by thinking outside the box, coming up with innovative recruitment solutions to meet evolving business demands.
Compliance & Best Practices : Ensure that recruitment processes are compliant with local labor laws and company policies, while incorporating best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Qualifications : MBA in HR
Proven experience as a Recruiter (corporate or agency).
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, Metrics and best practices.
Ability to creatively source candidates through innovative methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A passion for building high-performance teams that thrive on collaboration and mutual respect.
