Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager at Wig-O-Mania in Hyderabad. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, building strong relationships with clients, and analyzing market trends to increase sales and brand visibility.


Qualifications

  • Sales Management, Marketing Strategy, and Campaign Management skills
  • Client Relationship Building and Market Analysis skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Experience in the hair or fashion industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field


Working house : 11.00am to 8pm - 6 days a week

Job Type: Full-Time

Work remotely: NO

Salary: 35,000 to 38,000 net take home


Job Profile

We are a UK hair brand that offers an exclusive range of hair systems to ladies suffering from hair loss and also to men. The position expects you to connect with all leads generated as a result of our online marketing and understand their requirements and then explain to them about our products. Thereafter ask them to visit our hair studio for free demo and consultation. Keep in touch with clients and maintaining a rapport with them is the key. Hence close followups is important with the help of our inhouse systems.


Our nail academy is affiliated with a UK Nail brand, and we offer nail courses. Students who inquire need to be explained the details of the course and get them enrolled from the range of courses we offer.

Our nail salon promotes nail art to end users.


These are new additions and hence need to be promoted and explained.


A one week training will be conducted in our HO in Chennai to understand our core business of hair and thereafter an online training for the academy and salon activities.
