One of our early-stage AI SaaS portfolio is looking for a BDR Lead to join the business and help the Founder scale the BDR team.

Do everything it takes to overachieve numbers, making sure there's always a steady flow of quality SQLs for the AEs

Lead a team of outbound BDRs — coach, support, and help them crush their numbers.

Own quality and pitch monitoring for cold calls & continuously refine our prospecting playbook

Track performance metrics, dig into the data , and use insights to tweak and improve how we operate

3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 1 year managing a team of BDRs/SDRs.

~ You know your way around cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages, and have the wins to prove it.

~ You enjoy coaching and mentoring — helping your team grow is something you genuinely care about

~ Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach , and always on the lookout for ways to streamline things

~ You think in data — you like tracking what's working and adjusting quickly when things aren't
