We're Hiring: Team Leader – International Travel Process

Location: Bangalore | Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) | Working Days: 5 Days/Week

Shift: Rotational (Must be flexible for 24x7 environment)

Are you a passionate leader with experience in international customer support? Do you thrive in high-energy environments and love mentoring teams toward success?

We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of 15–20 professionals in an international voice or non-voice process. If you're results-driven, adaptable, and excel in communication — we want to hear from you

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and drive team performance across key metrics: AHT, shrinkage, attrition, productivity & quality
  • Provide real-time floor support and handle escalations effectively
  • Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
  • Mentor new team members through training and guidance
  • Identify training needs and bridge process gaps
  • Leverage MS Excel for daily reporting and performance tracking
  • Ensure team consistently meets individual and group targets

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Team Leader in an international BPO/KPO
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a high-performing team
  • Excellent verbal & written communication in English
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts (24x7)
  • Travel/GDS experience is a plus
