Technical Expertise
o Experience of Windows Server Administration, Monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
o Working hands on experience on Linux.
o Working hands on experience on Database & its troubleshooting
o Experience in scripting
o Excellent problem-solving skills with a desire to take on responsibility
o Have very good troubleshooting and analytical skills, System performance tuning.
o Participate in root cause analysis if needed.
o Maintain and update network diagrams and Service provider information.
o Preferably experience in network management, monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
o Good document and technical skills.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate technical issues to nontechnical and technical audiences
o Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies.
o Additional experience in Fintech domain is an added advantage.
General Expertise
o Exhibit a high level of individual initiative / effectively lead a team
o Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and increase client relationships.
o Build’s a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization, and objectives.
o Manages day to day client interaction, communicate effectively with clients to identify needs.
o Create, or participate in the creation of Support / Solution documentation or UAT testing for Customization & deliverables.
o Work with the client and / or all stake holders to ensure changes are understood and approved.
o Ensure solution designed meet’s internal and client expectations with respect to quality, delivery timelines and strategy.
o If needed, create customized reporting for the client or team or stack holders.
o Good communication skills & Self-confidence are must. Preferred fluency in English.
o Ability to take direction from all levels
o Provide guidance for the team with technical architecture as needed
o Provide technical leadership for team through design and code reviews, ensuring best technical practices are applied.
