Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to collaborate with a client’s IT team in resolving IT tickets related to the Dealership Management System (DMS). The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, a deep understanding of business systems environments, and a commitment to optimizing IT service performance.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the client’s IT team to resolve IT tickets specific to the Dealership Management System (DMS).
Adhere to established procedures and service level agreements, ensuring timely resolution of tickets.
Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, following a methodical and structured approach.
Provide regular status updates to the client, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to their implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in ticket-based IT systems and troubleshooting system-related issues.
Familiarity with Dealership Management Systems (DMS) or similar ERP platforms.
Strong understanding of business systems environments.
Certification or equivalent knowledge in ITIL or IT Service Management frameworks.
Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and ticket management systems such as Service Now , Zendesk , or Jira.
