How would your role at Navi look like?
- Responsible for leading the health insurance sales team.
- Guide and motivate the health insurance sales team on their monthly targets, evaluate their performance and conduct root cause analysis for performance deviations.
- Run daily team stand-up, ensure high team productivity and adherence to defined protocols.
- Maintain integrity and transparency while dealing with customers and ensure that the team follows the same.
- Providing and maintaining MIS reports, and reviewing feedback on a Daily / Weekly & Monthly basis.
- Ensure that the team is up to date on all the product & process updates.
- Identify and drive process improvement initiatives.
What are some good to have skills for this role?
- Strong communication, influencing skills, and calling etiquette2+ years of people management experience in telesales, customer experience, and/or operations role
- Should have a working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Should have high professional ethics and integrity
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
- Preferred: Background in sales
