Role Overview
We are seeking a Recruitment Delivery & BD Manager with a strategic focus on revenue generation through active business development and client acquisition. This role is ideal for individuals eager to excel in a dynamic environment and play a key role in:
Recruitment Delivery & Client Management
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Digital Marketing & Networking Initiatives
Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition: Actively pursue revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships. Be proactive in pitching to clients, scheduling meetings, and showcasing Career Trend's value.
Networking & Event Participation: Attend industry events, conferences, and co-working spaces to build networks, generate business leads, and strengthen the Career Trend brand.
Team Leadership & Performance Management: Lead and develop a team of recruiters, focusing on productivity and high performance in recruitment delivery.
Client Relations & Coordination: Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining strong, long-lasting business relationships.
Recruitment Strategy & Operations: Oversee all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to client coordination and placement.
Digital & Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to activate digital campaigns that enhance client engagement and attract top talent.
Process Roadmaps & Onboarding: Develop strategic roadmaps for recruitment processes and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients and projects.
Qualifications
Experience: 5-7 years in recruitment and business development, with proven success in a leadership role that includes revenue generation and client relations.
Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficient in recruitment software and business development tools.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Attributes: Highly motivated, results-driven, and committed to delivering excellence in recruitment and client service. Must be comfortable with client presentations, relationship building, and representing Career Trend at industry events.

Final 1-1 Interview - A 60-minute deep dive into your skills and vision.
Work Schedule
Standard Week: 5-day workweek.
Initial 6 Months: Support may be required on 1st and 3rd Saturdays.
Flexibility: Work hours based on client needs.
