Academic Counsellor Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Academic Counsellor to join our team and drive student As an Academic Counsellor, you will play a critical role in helping students make informed decisions about their education, guiding them through our offerings, and building strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and outreach. Collaborate with local schools and communities. • Student Counselling: Engage with prospective students in-person and over the phone to understand their academic background, career objectives, and learning preferences. • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, student preferences, and competitor activities. data to identify new business opportunities. • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, academic, and operations teams to achieve collective goals. Provide feedback to the product and academic teams based on student insights. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) • Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an Academic Counsellor or in the EdTech/education industry • Strong understanding of education products and services • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools • student experiences, and work in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment with opportunities to grow
