Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in hiring Bulk sales professionals , specifically for the Ed Tech industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top sales talent and will be able to join immediately
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Source, identify, and attract top sales talent for various roles within the Ed Tech sector.
Utilize multiple recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing methods.
Candidate Management:
Screen and evaluate candidates through phone screenings, video interviews, and in-person interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication and managing expectations.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers on recruitment status and market trends.
Work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet immediate hiring needs.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sales hiring.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely candidate information.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting sales professionals, preferably within the Ed Tech industry.
Proven success in hiring for various sales roles, including Business Development Managers, Sales Executives, Account Managers, etc.
