Design and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue

Build and lead a high-performing sales team—hire, mentor, and guide employees

Ensure smooth business processes, compliance, and ethical standards

Work with B2B and affiliates.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role (preferably in fintech)

#Proven track record of building and managing high-performance sales teams

#Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and spoken)

#Be able to analyze data, draw conclusions

#Ability to create sales strategy based on incoming data and adapt sales strategy in a timely manner

#Excel knowledge

#Ability to provide results in the form of clear, understandable reports based on data rather than words
