We are seeking a skilled US IT Recruiter to join our team, specializing in sourcing, screening, and placing top IT talent for clients across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US job market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in IT recruiting. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing & Screening: Source and attract top IT talent through job boards, social media, and networking, targeting both active and passive candidates. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation. Client Coordination: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand specific job requirements and qualifications. Candidate Engagement: Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS) with accurate and current information. Market Analysis: Keep up to date with IT market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to attract top talent effectively. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices align with legal and regulatory requirements in the US. Required Qualifications: Experience: 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment for the US market, with a strong understanding of technical job requirements. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT roles and terminology, including technologies like Java, Python,. NET, AWS, Dev Ops, etc. ATS Proficiency: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Bullhorn) for efficient candidate tracking and management. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders. Negotiation Skills: Skilled in salary negotiation and managing candidate expectations to ensure mutually beneficial placements. Networking Skills: Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a focus on developing a pipeline of top IT talent. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field. Experience in Contract Staffing : Background in contract or temp staffing is a plus. Certifications : SHRM, AIRS, or other relevant recruiting certifications are preferred.
