Role Overview

We are seeking an Experience Center Manager to lead client engagement and sales at our flagship Indore Experience Center. This is a front-facing leadership role , working directly with the founders to deliver a seamless blend of design consultation, premium service, and business growth . The ideal candidate will represent the brand, inspire clients, and manage the team to ensure every interaction reflects Designest’s ethos .

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Sales

  • Be the face of Designest for HNI clients, architects, and interior designers.
  • Understand client needs and present bespoke furniture solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end sales, order processing from enquiry to handover.
  • Coordinate with production, design, and sales teams for order tracking.
