This is a front-facing leadership role , working directly with the founders to deliver a seamless blend of design consultation, premium service, and business growth . The ideal candidate will represent the brand, inspire clients, and manage the team to ensure every interaction reflects Designest’s ethos .Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & SalesBe the face of Designest for HNI clients, architects, and interior designers.Understand client needs and present bespoke furniture solutions.Manage end-to-end sales, order processing from enquiry to handover.Coordinate with production, design, and sales teams for order tracking.Handle client queries, updates, documentation, and
