Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Salesforce professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Technical Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce, guiding the team in the design, development, and implementation of complex, enterprise-grade solutions. Client Engagement: Partner closely with clients to understand their business needs, align on requirements, and ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction. Engineering Rigot: Establish and enforce standards for code quality, configuration management, and project documentation. Solution Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of Salesforce projects, including requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, and deployment. Innovation and Best Practices: Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Promote the adoption of new technologies and frameworks that improve efficiency and outcomes. Resource and Budget Management: Manage resource allocation and project budgets to meet profitability targets and client expectations. Partnership and Collaboration: Work closely with other practice leaders, business development teams, and solution architects to drive cross-functional initiatives and identify opportunities for growth within the Salesforce practice.
