The Opportunity:
We're seeking an experienced Team Lead to take charge of one of our Brand Partnerships & Revenue teams. Your mission? To drive revenue generation through strategic influencer marketing campaigns and cultivate lasting relationships with top brands and agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Champion: Own and exceed ambitious revenue targets, leveraging the power of influencer marketing to fuel our growth.
- Strategic Partnerships: Foster deep relationships with brands and agencies, positioning us as their go-to influencer marketing partner.
- Sales Maestro: Design and execute innovative sales strategies that resonate with brands and deliver exceptional results.
- Team Builder: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
- Industry Expert: Leverage your deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and brand dynamics to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: Utilize sales analytics and CRM systems to track performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure targets are met.
- Thought Leader: Stay ahead of industry trends and share your expertise to elevate our brand as a thought leader in influencer marketing.
What We're Looking For:
- Seasoned Sales Pro: 4+ years of proven success in influencer marketing or brand partnerships, with a strong track record of revenue generation.
- Established Network: Existing relationships with brands and agencies, demonstrating your ability to open doors and close deals.
- Strategic Visionary: Proven ability to develop and execute winning sales strategies that deliver measurable ROI.
- Inspirational Leader: Experience building and motivating high-performing sales teams.
- Expert Communicator: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Proficient in using data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.
