The Opportunity

We're seeking a talented Associate - Strategy & Brand Experiences to join our team at YELLAWE. This role will be instrumental in building and managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring exceptional brand experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet both client needs and business objectives.


Requirements:


As an Associate - Strategy & Brand Experiences at YELLAWE, your role will be dynamic and crucial to our mission of delivering exceptional brand experiences. Based on your skills and our requirements, here are your key responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate
  • Understand client needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions
  • Effectively communicate project updates, timelines, and deliverables to clients
  • Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally
  • Project Coordination:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, production, and strategy, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Coordinate project timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Manage client feedback and revisions, ensuring alignment between client expectations and project deliverables
  • Strategy Development:
  • Contribute to the development of campaign strategies that align with client objectives
  • Collaborate with the strategy team to define campaign goals and KPIs
  • Ensure strategic alignment across all project deliverables
  • Administrative Support:
  • Maintain accurate client records and project documentation
  • Assist with the preparation of client presentations and reports
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
