Position : Business Manager- Industrial



Location : Delhi, Coimbatore , Varanasi, Indore ,Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir , Rajkot , Chhattisgarh


Qualifications and Skil ls:

  • Educat ion: BE (preferably with MBA) from a reputed university, good grades, no academic breaks.
  • Experie nce: 4+ years in B2B sales, preferably in machinery/equipment sectors.


Key Skills:

  • Strong learning attitude and goal orientation.
  • Technical understanding and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar platforms).
  • Knowledge of sales processes, government business, and various sectors like HORECA, education, healthcare, etc.
  • Understanding of pricing, margins, profit, and loss.


Preferred Industries :


  • Medical Equipment, Heavy Machinery, Construction, Elevator, Kitchen Equipment, HoReCa.


Responsibilities :


  • Business Generation : Focus on commercial laundry machines and dishwashers in hospitals, hotels, educational institutes, and government sectors.
  • Lead Generation : Use GTM strategy and update CRM regularly.
  • Market Penetration : Conduct cold calling to generate demand from new and existing prospects.
  • Project Execution : Drive large projects in government sectors, including hospitals, railways, and defense.
  • Relationship Building : Establish key relationships with hotel and pharma industry leaders, and kitchen equipment dealers.
  • Corporate Engagement : Negotiate with corporate clients and kitchen equipment dealers based on annual requirements.
  • Closing Deals : Close commercial discussions, maintain ASP and MOP.
  • BOQ Management : Review customer BOQs and submit commercial offers.
