About the Role
As the Cybersecurity Delivery Head, you will lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services and solutions to our global clients. This strategic leadership role requires deep expertise in cybersecurity practices, a client-focused approach, and exceptional team management skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving innovation in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and implement the delivery strategy for cybersecurity services aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, services, and operations, to deliver seamless and scalable solutions.
Service Delivery & Project Management:
- Oversee the delivery of cybersecurity projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
- Ensure client relationships are managed
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the highest levels of quality and client satisfaction.
- Manage risk and compliance across all delivery initiatives, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Upsell business to existing customers
- Manage and track project deliverables and review profitability inline to the organization revenue goals
Team Leadership, Development & Management:
- Build, mentor, and lead a global team of cybersecurity professionals, including consultants, analysts, and engineers.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the delivery team.
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing resource allocation and delivery processes.
Innovation & Thought Leadership:
- Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to incorporate into service offerings.
- Contribute to the development of new solutions and services to address evolving client needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client presentations.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are highly preferred.
Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership or delivery management role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex cybersecurity projects for global clients.
- Expertise in areas such as Governance Risk & Compliance, SOC Monitoring, Threat Management, cloud security, infrastructure security and incident response.
- Past experience as a CISO will be of an added advantage.

- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
